For new set-up enterprises, "Opinion Form for Project Site Selection" is needed.

4. Fire Protection Trial

① A form for applying to fire protection trial

② A copy of construction or fitment plan

③ Ratification document of land use, construction planning license

④ For manufacture construction, enterprise should offer information of technical flow, producer's goods and product capability data.

⑤ For warehouse construction, enterprise should offer capability information of deposited goods.

⑥ Two copies of fire protection system plan.

5. Contract & Constitution Trial

①  Approved advice note of enterprise name issued by the Industrial & Commercial Bureau

② Two copies of constitutions (Exclusive invested enterprise should offer feasible study report, application form and constitution).

③  Two copies of business license, business registration certificate, identification or passport of foreign partners, notarization letter. One copy of the "Authorization Letter of Legal Document Service".

④ Directorate list (put it follow the constitution)

⑤ Site certificate & plant leasehold contract

⑥ List of equipments to be imported (put it follow the contract or application form).

⑦  If presented document is not signed legal representative, a letter of authorization is required to submit.

⑧  Other needed documents.

6. Transact the code certificate

①  A copy of identification of corporate representative

②  Ratification document issued by Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation Bureau

③  Application form for legal representative code certificate

7. Get the ratification certificate

① Contract, constitution (For exclusive invested enterprise, it should be feasible study report, application form and constitution.)

②  Ratification document issued by the Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation Bureau

③  A copy of legal representative code certificate

8. Transact the business license

①  Two copies of the documents submitted to the Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation Bureau

②  Two copies of ratification document issued by Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation Bureau

③  Two copies of enterprise application registration form (The forms should be audited by Pengjiang District Industrial & Commercial Bureau first.)

④  A copy and duplicated documentation of ratification certificate

⑤  Two extra one-inch photos of the legal representative and linkman of the new enterprise

⑥  Other relevant documents and certificates

9.  Character the cachet

④  A copy of business license, advice note of registration
